Casual Online Learning Coach

Location: Remote Working

Salary: £15 per unit £8 per unit (IQA) Plus holiday pay

Contract Type: Casual Worker (Variable Hours)
Hours offered as required, with flexibility to meet curriculum needs

Location: Remote
This is a home-based role. You will be required to have your own suitable IT equipment and reliable internet connection to deliver and support online learning effectively.

What Youll Do

Provide one-to-one and small group coaching support to online and distance learners
Deliver and assess units in line with curriculum requirements
Conduct Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) activity where required
Support learners to stay motivated, organised and on track with their studies
Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate digital records
Deliver engaging virtual check-ins via Teams or other online platforms
Help learners develop study skills, time management and digital confidence
Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive learner engagement

What Youll Bring

Experience in coaching, mentoring, assessment, or learner guidance
Confidence using digital learning platforms and Microsoft Office/Teams
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Assessor and/or IQA qualifications are desirable
A relevant Level 3 qualification (or above) in a related subject area
A supportive, motivational approach with a genuine passion for helping learners succeed
