Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ yearsof Oracle HCM experience with a strong OTL focus
- 23+ full OTL implementationsas Functional Lead
- Expert-level Fast Formuladevelopment
- Experience designing complex rules (OT, shift premiums, holidays, union rules)
- Strong integration knowledge with Payroll & Absence
- Understanding of security & role-based access
- UK/ multi-country payroll experience (preferred)
