We are looking to strengthen our HR team with a Learning and Development Administrator based at Hattersley with hybrid working available.
Reporting & RoleYou will report directly to the Learning and Development Manager and your role will cover administration within the L&D team. Organising, coordinating and supporting key projects as required alongside the day to day duties.
Key ResponsibilitiesEssential: Previous experience in a similar admin role, with great organisational ability. A good understanding of the purpose of a Learning and Development function. Educated to A Level or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation/delivery skills. Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills. Self motivated, able to work to tight deadline. Willingness to develop further.
DesirableAspirations to work towards CIPD will be considered. A keen interest and excitement towards L&D would be advantageous.
