We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Property Valuer to join our successful residential sales team in Frinton-on-Sea.

The RoleAs a Property Valuer, you will be responsible for winning new instructions and building strong relationships with homeowners looking to sell their property. You will be the face of the business in the local community and will play a crucial role in driving revenue and supporting branch profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting market appraisals and valuations
Converting valuations into instructions
Generating new business opportunities
Providing expert advice on pricing and marketing strategies
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales journey
Contributing to overall branch performance and profitability
Basic Salary: £25,000
Car Allowance: £5,000
On Target Earnings: £50,000+ (Uncapped)
Profit Share: Percentage of Branch Profitability
Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Saturdays: 9:00am - 4:00pm (on a rota basis)
Day off in lieu when working Saturday
Previous estate agency experience (preferably in a valuing role)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven with a proactive approach to winning business
Excellent local knowledge of the property market
Full UK driving licence
