Construction (non-contentious) Lawyer - NQ - 3 PQE - Birmingham September 2026 Qualifiers Welcome to Apply!

We are working with a leading Birmingham-based international law firm to grow their highly regarded construction team. They are seeking ambitious lawyers from the NQ level (including 2026 qualifiers) up to 3 PQE, with opportunities to work on a broad range of non-contentious construction projects. Some exposure to construction disputes can also be provided if preferred.

The Team and Work

The Birmingham construction team provides top-quality advice to an enviable client base, including regional and national developers, contractors, public sector bodies, and registered providers. The team handles a full range of construction matters, from domestic housing and regeneration projects to large-scale infrastructure and decarbonisation initiatives. You will gain exposure to procurement, risk management, development agreements, and some construction disputes, while working alongside experienced partners and cross office colleagues to deliver high-impact solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified solicitor, NQ-3 PQE (September 2026 qualifiers welcome).
• At least a training seat in construction and a keen desire to develop technical construction law skills and commercial awareness.
• Proven ability to take responsibility and manage files independently where appropriate.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Enthusiasm, drive, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Strong academic background.
