Technical Compliance Coordinator

This role provides essential coordination support across technical compliance and sustainability administration within a fast-moving fresh produce environment. The successful candidate will ensure documentation accuracy, regulatory alignment, and timely reporting across a diverse supplier network.

Technical Compliance Coordinator Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate collection and validation of supplier due diligence documentation

  • Maintain compliance records across internal and customer platforms

  • Support supplier approval workflows and onboarding processes

  • Conduct structured risk assessments and monitor ongoing compliance status

  • Administer chemical surveillance testing schedules and record outcomes

  • Update approved supplier listings in line with current requirements

  • Assist with recall and traceability testing activities

  • Compile and analyse environmental performance data for reporting

Technical Compliance Coordinator Key Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Food Science, Environmental Science or related discipline

  • Experience managing online compliance systems and data platforms

  • Strong Excel skills with ability to manage large datasets

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to prioritise tasks within structured deadlines

  • Collaborative approach with clear written and verbal communication skills
