• Leading the successful delivery of a residential development project
• Managing subcontractors, site teams, and progress against programme
• Ensuring work is completed to specification, safely and efficiently
• Overseeing site documentation, reporting, and compliance
• Maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and the wider project team

As a Project Manager, your experience will include:

• Proven project management background within residential development
• Previous responsibility for site delivery on mid-size to large-scale builds
• Strong organisational and leadership skills suited to a fast-paced environment
• Confidence making decisions and directing onsite teams
• A track record of delivering projects to time, quality, and safety expectations
