SEMH Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking an experienced SEMH Learning Support Assistant to join one of our partner primary schools, starting ASAP. This role involves supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs, helping them to engage positively with learning and school life.

• Provide one-to-one and small group SEMH support

• Assist teachers with classroom activities and interventions

• Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience working with children with SEMH needs

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
