The Role

As the Building Services Manager, you will be:
  • Supporting the Head of Maintenance with management and auditing of contracted services.
  • Overseeing compliance contracts including LOLER, Legionella L8, and fire systems.
  • Supervising specialist subcontractors and leading contractor performance evaluations.
  • Conducting routine inspections and ensuring compliance documentation is audit-ready.
You

To be successful in the role of Building Services Manager, you'll have the following skills and experience:
  • Extensive experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance within complex environments.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance management for building services.
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors effectively.
  • Good communication skills and a detailed understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
