We're delighted to be partnering on a retained search for a Managing Director to lead an ambitious, family owned SME in Southern England as it enters an exciting new growth chapter.

This is a high impact, hands on leadership role within an asset intensive, service led business with strong foundations and real momentum. The platform is built. The structure is in place. Now it's about acceleration.
