General Manager 75k Basic OTE 100K
Leisure Destination - Surrey
I am looking for a highly experienced and commercially astute general manager to drive the business as this exceptional leisure destination in Surrey. You will be tasked with maximising the occupancy and yield within this complex multi layered business. Key focuses will be to drive the B2C strategy and build and develop key strategic partnerships, including sponsorship, corporate events, and activations. You will also be responsible for delivering a comprehensive programme of events throughout the year for its high footfall and premium sports and leisure experience.
Responsibilities- Be unrelenting in driving operational standards, health and safety and brand standards.
- Driving revenue across a complex multi revenue stream business.
- Delivering the most effective programming across all areas.
- Maximizing revenue from F and B, retail, personal training and coaching.
- Lead of developing key partnerships and managing these relationships.
- Overseeing a comprehensive food and beverage operation.
- Provide inspirational leadership across all levels of the business.
- Present at board level and to key investors and stakeholders.
- Have the experience to develop into a multi site leadership role.
We are keen to attract candidates working in a multi site leadership role within the broad leisure industry and who has P and L responsibility for a minimum turnover of £6m per annum.
In addition to a highly competitive basic salary of up to 75K there is a genuine opportunity to earn a significant bonus of up to 25% of the basic salary.
