General Manager, Library, Living Room and Terrace

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there's a kids' club for the little ones and a workspace.

We are looking for an inspiring General Manager to lead the front of house team in our Library, Living Room and Terrace.

As the General Manager of our Library, Living Room and Terrace you will provide leadership and management to our front of house team. You will ensure a smooth day to day service, consistently going above and beyond to exceed our members' and guests expectations. You will assist the F&B Senior Leadership team in delivering the vision and strategy for the restaurant. You will also be fully responsible for staff management, equipment purchases and maintenance, providing and analysing sales reports, and ensuring strong communication across all levels.

• Previous experience in a fast paced, luxury F&B outlet or restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
• A team orientated, positive, driven, organised and solution focused leader.
• Experience managing the daily operations, set up, standards, operating procedures.
• Confident in building and fostering team spirit, allowing our colleagues to bring the best of themselves to work.
• Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.
