Structured Finance Lawyer (2-4 PQE) - Leading UK Law Firm.

Our client, a leading UK law firm, is looking to hire an experience Finance Lawyer into their Structured Finance practice in London. This role is suitable for those with a least 1 year of experience in Finance, with a focus on Structured Finance transactions.

In this role, you will assist the Head of Structured Finance in overseeing national and international structured finance transactions, including multi jurisdictional matters. Clients include UK clearing banks, European investment banks, independent and alternative financiers, as well as corporate borrowers ranging from listed entities to emerging SMEs. This position provides a distinctive opportunity to engage with highly sophisticated market participants.

• Assist the Head of Structured Finance in overseeing national and international structured finance transactions, including multi jurisdictional matters.
• Engage with clients across UK clearing banks, European investment banks, independent and alternative financiers, and corporate borrowers ranging from listed entities to emerging SMEs.

• 2-4 years' PQE in a structured finance or related practice (title indicates 2-4 PQE).
• Experience in at least one of the following finance transactions: securitisation (private or public), debt capital markets, asset backed securities, receivables financing and/or asset-based lending.
• If you have experience in real estate finance and some exposure to structured finance, you are encouraged to apply.

• A finance practice recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers.
• Leading training platform with a clear track to Senior Associate.
• Competitive Salary (£107k - £110k).
• Target Hours - 1500.
• Multiple finance workstreams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in at least one or more of the following finance transactions: securitisation (private or public), debt capital markets, asset backed securities, receivables financing and/or asset-based lending.
