Supply Chain Coordinator - Filton, Bristol
Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team on an exciting contract opportunity based in Filton. This role offers the chance to work on critical supply chain activities ensuring seamless delivery of components to global production sites. The position is inside IR35, requires a minimum of 60% on-site presence, and is offered as an estimated 6-month contract with potential for extension.
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will act as the key link between suppliers and internal stakeholders, managing purchase orders, monitoring delivery performance, and supporting quality resolution. You'll play a vital role in maintaining production schedules and driving supplier performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor purchase orders to meet requirements.
- Optimise ordering parameters and manage reordering tasks.
- Monitor delivery forecasts and supplier performance.
- Support troubleshooting for delivery issues and quality notices.
- Ensure clear communication with global internal customers.
Role Details:
- Location: Filton (60% on-site minimum)
- Contract: 6 months (possible extension)
- Hours: 35 per week
- Status: Inside IR35
- 22.94 per hour PAYE
- 30.69 per hour Umbrella
