Accounts Assistant
Location: Carryduff, Co. Down
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Fraser Homes, one of Northern Ireland's leading house builders, is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our busy team.
THE ROLE:
- You will manage ground rent invoicing and receipts (Sage).
- Reconcile bank transactions.
- Prepare debtor and arrears reports.
- Track sales deposits, liaise with solicitors and maintain asset registers.
- Support audit and compliance processes.
- Provide general accounts and administrative support to senior management.
THE PERSON:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Sage (Line 50/200/MMS) and Excel.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and able to work independently.
