Lead a team that changes lives.
At MacIntyre, we don't just support children and young people, we help them live gloriously ordinary lives filled with genuine belonging, meaningful relationships, and the chance to thrive in their communities.
The Opportunity
Lead our home in Wingrave, where you'll support young people aged 10-19 with learning disabilities and/or autism to reach their full potential. This isn't just about managing a "service", it's about creating an environment where every child feels valued and understood.
You'll inspire and guide a dedicated team of forty Support Workers, alongside two Deputy Managers and two Team Leaders. Through hands-on mentoring, regular supervisions, and thoughtful appraisals, you'll build a culture where creativity meets compliance, and being person-centred isn't just a buzzword, it's how we work every day.
As the Ofsted-registered manager, you'll oversee the service budget, ensure full regulatory compliance, and build strong partnerships with social work teams, families, and local professionals. You'll also make sure your team has the right people in the right roles, tackling vacancies swiftly to maintain continuity.
