Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make a real impact?

Our client is a respected Housing Association and registered Charity dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by homelessness. With a strong social purpose and community focus, they are now seeking an experienced HR Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening their people strategy.

The Role As HR Lead, you will manage and support a small HR team while leading a comprehensive review of organisational HR policies and practices. This is an opportunity to ensure that systems, processes and policies are fit for purpose, compliant, and aligned with the organisation's mission and growth plans.

You will work closely with senior leadership, providing expert advice and leading the implementation of meaningful improvements across the organisation.

About You

• CIPD qualified
• Proven HR leadership experience
• Background in social housing, care, or support sectors
• Strong experience reviewing and implementing HR policies
• Confident in driving change and supporting managers through transition

This role would suit a proactive, values-driven HR professional who is passionate about supporting organisations that deliver real social impact.
