  • Inspecting first-off and sample components to ensure quality standards
  • Monitoring milling, drilling, tapping, boring and pocketing operations
  • Working with a range of materials (experience with PTFE or composites advantageous)
  • Completing production documentation and recording job progress via SAP
  • Carrying out routine machine maintenance and fault reporting

You may occasionally be required to travel to other UK sites or Romania.

What We're Looking For

  • Time-served apprenticeship or minimum 3 years' CNC milling experience
  • Experience programming Fanuc-controlled CNC machines (XYZCB axis)
  • Good understanding of conversational programming
  • Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and tolerances
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Renishaw probing systems desirable
  • CAD/CAM experience (preferably EDGECAM) advantageous
  • CMM experience beneficial
  • HNC/HND in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent) preferred
