Job Title: Workshop Plant Fitter

Salary: £30,000.00 - £40,000.00

Location: Stratford-Upon-Avon

Shift: 42.5hrs Per Week (Mon-Fri Days)

What is the Workshop Plant Fitter Job About?

As a Plant Fitter, you'll be based in our fully equipped workshop, carrying out servicing, repairs, and inspections on a wide range of plant machinery. You'll work closely with a supportive team, using your technical skills to keep our equipment running safely and efficiently.

What Our Next Workshop Plant Fitter Will Be Doing:

• Servicing, repairing, and maintaining a range of heavy plant equipment.
• Diagnosing and fixing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
• Carrying out inspections and ensuring all machinery meets safety standards.
• Recording work carried out and maintaining accurate service records.
• Working as part of a dedicated workshop team to ensure smooth operations.

What Our Next Workshop Plant Fitter Will Need to Succeed:

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Plant Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working on heavy plant machinery (Excavators, Dumpers, Rollers, Telehandlers etc.).
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• A proactive attitude and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
