Ready to build and lead procurement from the ground up within a fast-growing, premium multi-site consumer brand?

About the Role

We are exclusively partnering with a high-growth, family-focused members' club business operating premium lifestyle venues across London. With continued expansion, the business is entering its next phase of scale.

This senior role combines procurement leadership with ownership of commercial negotiations and strategic partnerships. You will have end-to-end accountability for supplier strategy, commercial terms, procurement governance, and value creation across a growing estate.

This is a build-and-shape opportunity - not a maintenance role.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Strategy & Governance

  • Develop and embed a clear group-wide procurement framework

  • Introduce approval controls, policies, and commercial discipline

  • Balance standardisation with operational flexibility

  • Drive cost control while protecting brand, quality, and service delivery

Commercial Negotiations & Partnerships

  • Lead negotiations across core operational categories

  • Own strategic service partnerships and commercial agreements

  • Optimise pricing, SLAs, and long-term value creation

  • Identify opportunities for enhanced or subsidised partnership models

Supplier Leadership

  • Act as single point of authority for supplier selection and consolidation

  • Manage contract governance and performance reviews

  • Build trusted, resilient supplier relationships

Expansion & Capex Support

  • Lead procurement for new site openings and refurbishments

  • Establish preferred supplier frameworks for fit-out, FF&E, and equipment

  • Ensure procurement timelines align with growth plans

Cost Control & Reporting

  • Track spend, savings, and supplier KPIs

  • Provide clear commercial insight to senior leadership

  • Strengthen margin protection through structured governance

What You'll Bring

  • Senior procurement or commercial leadership experience

  • Background in a multi-site, consumer-facing or operational environment

  • Strong negotiation authority and commercial judgement

  • Experience building structure in growth-stage organisations

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders with credibility

  • Pragmatic, hands-on delivery style

Sector background is flexible (hospitality, retail, leisure, or service-led environments advantageous).

Why Apply?

This is a rare opportunity to shape procurement at senior leadership level within a high-growth, premium consumer business.

You'll have autonomy, visibility, and real impact - building capability and governance while supporting expansion.
