Already with a brilliant reputation and a real presence across LinkedIn they are now looking for someone to work alongside the director and manage a portfolio of key clients; providing advisory services to businesses as they go through exciting periods of growth.

This is a clear move away from the 'standard' day to day duties of a senior; it's a role for someone who enjoys getting under the skin of a business - understanding how it works, where it's going and how finance can help it get there.

Overseeing a small team of two and working with exciting businesses and passionate entrepreneurs; typical conversations will all be around real-world commercial challenges, not box-ticking activities.

There will be daily conversations around efficiency and growth focussing on areas such as:

• Strategic and commercial advice
• Financial planning and analysis
• Growth, deals and re-structures

Relationships are central to this firm's approach. You'll often work with clients from launch through to scale and exit - gaining a level of exposure and transparency that is genuinely difficult to find elsewhere - brilliant for you and your future career.

Your experience:
