Marketing Data Lead - Decision Intelligence

Marshall Wolfe are hiring on behalf of a large company within finance, for a Marketing Data Lead to build and embed a best-in-class, in-house marketing measurement framework.

This is a high-impact role where you'll evaluate the effectiveness of current marketing spend, challenge existing channel strategies, and reshape investment decisions using advanced analytics and Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM).

This is a hybrid working role based in London.

The Role

  • Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive marketing measurement framework
  • Deliver Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and advanced analytics to assess ROI, incrementality and channel effectiveness
  • Provide strategic, data-driven counsel to senior Marketing and Commercial stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to rebalance and rescale media investment based on predictive modelling and performance insight
  • Translate complex data into clear, commercially actionable recommendations
  • Support the transition from external agency reliance to an in-house centre of excellence for marketing analytics

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing analytics, marketing science or data science
  • Hands-on MMM development and marketing effectiveness expertise
  • Strong statistical modelling and advanced analytics capability
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge marketing spend and strategy
  • Experience working in multi-channel, data-rich marketing environments
