Marketing Data Lead - Decision Intelligence
Marshall Wolfe are hiring on behalf of a large company within finance, for a Marketing Data Lead to build and embed a best-in-class, in-house marketing measurement framework.
This is a high-impact role where you'll evaluate the effectiveness of current marketing spend, challenge existing channel strategies, and reshape investment decisions using advanced analytics and Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM).
This is a hybrid working role based in London.
The Role
- Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive marketing measurement framework
- Deliver Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and advanced analytics to assess ROI, incrementality and channel effectiveness
- Provide strategic, data-driven counsel to senior Marketing and Commercial stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to rebalance and rescale media investment based on predictive modelling and performance insight
- Translate complex data into clear, commercially actionable recommendations
- Support the transition from external agency reliance to an in-house centre of excellence for marketing analytics
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing analytics, marketing science or data science
- Hands-on MMM development and marketing effectiveness expertise
- Strong statistical modelling and advanced analytics capability
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge marketing spend and strategy
- Experience working in multi-channel, data-rich marketing environments
