Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Youth Mentor to join their Personal Development team.
This is a fully on-site role where you will play a key part in supporting young people facing social, emotional and behavioural barriers to learning. You will manage a caseload of students identified as 'at risk', working proactively to improve their attendance, engagement, wellbeing and overall academic outcomes.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building positive relationships and making a tangible difference to young people's futures.
