Job Description
You'll be working on:
- Project Management & Contract Administration of high-profile workspace fit-outs and refurbishments with contract values ranging from £50K up to £20M.
- General commercial building surveying duties including Acquisition Surveys, Schedules of Condition and Project Monitoring.
- Preparing and negotiating Schedules of Dilapidations, on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
- Our clients vary from corporate occupiers and SMEs, to private equity investors and landlords.
- You'll also contribute to the success and growth of the wider business, including business development, pitching for new business, networking and PR.

Technical Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
- Experience working for a commercial Building Consultancy practice.
- Experience of Contract Administration and Cost Control.
- Experience of the Law of Dilapidations.
- Working knowledge and experience administering the JCT suite of contracts.
