We are recruiting for a Solicitor to join a busy Debt Dispute Resolution department, managing a substantial caseload of disputed and defended debt and possession cases. This pivotal role involves advising clients on the best legal course of action, negotiating settlements where appropriate, and progressing cases through court proceedings. The successful candidate will handle client instructions, prepare legal documents, and liaise with external parties, all while striving to meet set financial targets and deliver exceptional client service. A confident communicator with strong organisational skills will thrive in this environment, ensuring cases are managed efficiently and professionally. • Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE
• Knowledge: Detailed understanding of property dispute resolution and relevant legislation, Civil Procedure Rules, and case management systems
• Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, client relationship development, and workload prioritisation
• Experience: Civil litigation experience, particularly in disputed debt recovery and property litigation would be great
• Attributes: Commercial outlook, proactive business development, integrity, and a team-oriented approach
