Transaction Services Director - Life Sciences & Healthcare
I'm partnering with a leading UK professional services firm to appoint a Director into its Transaction Services team, with a specific focus on Life Sciences & Healthcare.
This is a senior, autonomous role with a clear brief to grow the sector proposition, deepen client relationships and help shape the wider Deals practice alongside Partners.
The Role

Lead and deliver financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions

Advise corporates, private equity and management teams through complex deals

Own senior client relationships, commercial decisions and risk

Develop and mentor teams while contributing to business development

Strengthen the firm's Life Sciences & Healthcare market presence
The Ideal Profile

Strong background in Transaction Services / FDD
-
Life Sciences or Healthcare sector experience essential

Proven experience leading engagements and teams

Commercial, credible and comfortable operating at Director level

ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
