• Up to £35,000 basic salary

• Build a strong network of clients
• Conduct property valuations and listings for both sales and lettings
• Oversee the sales and lettings process, ensuring all transactions are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain strong relationships
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in the industry
• Recruit, train and develop team members
• Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth operations

Estate Agent Branch Manager -Sales and Lettings Manager-Requirements:

• Proven successful experience valuing and listing properties both for Sale and To Let
• You must be a self-starter that is willing to go out there and grab the new business you will be rewarded lucratively for your successful efforts
• Proven track record in exceeding targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong IT skills and experience with CRM systems
• Passion for the property industry and a desire to succeed
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
