Local Authority Planning, Senior Planning Officer, North London Pay rate to £39 per hour Contract role, Local Government Planning We are recruiting for an experienced Local Authority Senior Planning Officer in North London
Role Purpose - Support the effective renewal and regeneration of Harrow Council
- The negotiation and case management of complex planning applications, delivering significant levels of investment within the Borough
- The processing of planning appeals
- The provision of specialist planning advice Day to day management of pre-application processes or similar function within the area team
- Determination of appropriate planning applications under the Scheme of Delegation
