EPIC Data Migration Specialist (Remote CX)

Day rate: Up to £500 per day Outside IR35 (DOE)
Location: Fully remote - UK-based
We're working with a specialist healthcare consultancy that delivers complex digital transformation programmes across the NHS, particularly within large-scale EPR environments. This is a genuinely exciting time to join a business that is building long-term capability in this space and playing a key role in shaping successful go-lives.

This is a 6-month, Outside IR35 contract opportunity, fully remote (please note you are required to be based in the UK).

Responsibilities:

• Lead data mapping, transformation and migration activities into EPIC
• Work with SMEs to define data requirements and validation rules
• Support data cleansing, reconciliation and quality assurance processes
• Develop and execute migration scripts and ETL processes
• Identify and mitigate data risks across the programme
• Ensure compliance with NHS data governance and IG standards
• Collaborate with EPIC build and integration teams

Skills:

• Proven experience delivering data migration within EPIC programmes (other EPRs can be considered)
• Strong understanding of healthcare data structures and workflows
• Experience within NHS or healthcare organisations
• Hands-on ETL, SQL and data transformation experience
• Data validation, reconciliation and quality assurance expertise
• Experience supporting large-scale go-live/cutover activities
• Previous involvement in full EPIC lifecycle implementation (desirable)
