The Role:
As Assistant General Manager, you'll be at the forefront of the operation, working closely with the General Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You'll lead by example, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly, from managing the team to meeting financial targets and delivering outstanding service.

About You:

• Previous experience as AGM, AM OR Duty Manager, ideally in a busy, customer-focused environment.
• A strong leader who can motivate and inspire a team to deliver excellent results.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to handle the day-to-day challenges of a high-volume venue.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering an unforgettable guest experience.
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
