You will own the full lifecycle of partner relationships, from initial onboarding to scaling across millions of end-users. As the primary link between external partners and internal engineering teams, you will drive B2B2C growth by helping device manufacturers and energy suppliers monetize flexibility, directly accelerating the global transition to a low-carbon grid.

What you will do:
  • Manage the end-to-end partner journey, ensuring technical implementation and go-to-market strategies align to unlock maximum value for clients.
  • Act as a technical conduit, translating field insights into structured feedback for engineering to drive product enhancements and API improvements.
  • Design and implement scalable processes and data-driven improvements to support account expansion across diverse international customer segments.
The ideal candidate:
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS partnerships or account management, preferably within a fast-paced, growth-stage startup environment.
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to navigate conversations regarding APIs and integrations between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of driving account growth and scaling partner programs without requiring heavy bureaucratic oversight.
