Location: Office-based, Banstead, Surrey (SM7)
Salary: 26,000 - 27,000
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team in Banstead. This is a busy, office-based role supporting multiple projects and working to varied deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple projects
- Manage and prioritise tasks to meet multiple deadlines
- Assist with general office administration duties
- Support training and onboarding of new staff
- Communicate effectively with staff at all levels and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with coordination of meetings, schedules, and office activities
Skills & Experience
- Previous administrative or office-based experience preferred
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident working with staff at all levels and external stakeholders
- Good general office and IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
