You'll join teams committed to helping students with SEMH needs, ADHD, and autism reach their full potential.

What You'll Be Doing

As an SEN Support Assistant, you'll:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN and SEMH needs
• Assist with personalised learning plans
• Support emotional regulation, social development and communication
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
• Promote positive behaviour and consistency in the classroom

What We're Looking For

• Patient, calm and reliable
• Passionate about SEN support and child development
• Open to training, including autism awareness and SEMH strategies
• Motivated by improving outcomes for young people
• Experience with supporting people with SEN needs

Desirable (but not essential):

• GCSE/O-Level or equivalent
• A driving licence (helpful for some school locations)
