About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for an aspiring senior leader to make a Trust-wide impact while maintaining a connection to the classroom. Working under the direction of the Subject Director, you will support the strategic delivery of curriculum and raise standards in teaching and learning. You will act as a key leader, taking direct responsibility for Maths in one or two specific schools whilst contributing to the wider Trust strategy. This role combines subject leadership, teacher coaching, curriculum development, and classroom teaching, offering the perfect platform for career progression.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate must hold their Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Mathematics and have a strong track record of excellent teaching and improving pupil outcomes in Maths.
