You will be joining a respected public sector organisation responsible for supporting the delivery of fair and effective employment relations across Northern Ireland. The organisation plays a key role in promoting good practice, providing statutory services, and ensuring effective governance. Due to ongoing demand, they are seeking a Finance Officer to strengthen their finance and governance function. A reserve list will also be created for future positions.
Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
AAT/ATI/CCAB/CIMA qualification with 3+ years' experience, or 5+ years' relevant finance experience
Experience supervising finance staff, producing monthly management accounts, and managing budgets
Experience in 2+ of the following: payroll & HMRC returns, internal/external audit, procurement (public sector desirable)
Strong communication skills, excellent Excel skills, and confidence working to deadlines
