You will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to provide customer service over the phone ensuring professionalism at all times. On a day to day basis you will be contacting customers that have fallen into arrears with their clients to collect payments over the phone and working with them to negotiate repayment plans. You must be able to remain calm, focused and professional under pressure.
