SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Planning Lead

Location: Bolton

Salary Circa 60,000 + bonus up to 21% + excellent pension

This is not a support role. This is a transformation role.

We are looking for an experienced SAP ERP professional to lead the Planning and Control capability as part of a major S/4HANA digital transformation across manufacturing in the UK.

You will define the future state.
You will influence governance.
You will secure stakeholder buy-in at UK and European level.

Working closely with Manufacturing leadership, you will own the design, validation and delivery of Planning and Execution processes within S/4HANA, ensuring harmonised group-wide standards while protecting business continuity.

What we need from you:

• Strong SAP ERP experience in a manufacturing environment

• Deep understanding of Planning and Control processes

• Experience operating within complex, multi-national stakeholder environments

• Confidence leading workshops, system validation and test campaigns

• Eligibility for UK security clearance

You will be required to travel to France one week per month (minimum) for the duration of the SAP transformation programme and ongoing requirements for European travel afterwards
