• Must have QTS /QTLS
• Strong academics across the board Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
• Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a Good or Outstanding level
• You must be able to work as part of a large team of Teachers
• Must be willing to listen to feedback
