- Qualified accountant (CCAB or equivalent)

- Senior level leadership experience in a complex, regulated organisation.
- Significant experience leading financial strategy and planning, with a strong track record of delivering financial sustainability and transformation.
- Experience of working in complex multi stakeholder environments and partnerships.
- Proven experience of governance, risk management and assurance operating at a senior level within an organisation.
- Experience supporting organisational growth, service transformation or business development.
- Demonstrable experience of leading and developing high performing finance teams.
- Experience of working within healthcare or a social enterprise is desirable, but not essential.
