Solid litigation experience (group or multi-party litigation experience would be advantageous but is not essential). Strong commercial awareness and understanding of key legal and business drivers. Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The ability to manage multiple case workstreams effectively in a fast-paced setting. Experience supervising trainees and/or paralegals. A client-centric mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
