At Valmetal, you play a key role at the heart of our operations. As Production Director, you drive departmental performance and ensure objectives are achieved by mobilizing and developing your teams. A hands on and engaged leader, you actively foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Plan, supervise, and prioritize production activities;
  • Work closely with supervisors and the planning team;
  • Lead, mentor, and coach production teams;
  • Improve processes, plant layout, and operational performance;
  • Manage the impact of engineering changes and the implementation of new products;
  • Foster a healthy work environment and ensure effective communication;
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and participate in preventive initiatives;
  • Adapt work organization according to production needs.

Qualifications
  • Technical diploma in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with 10 years of experience in production management or
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with 3 years of experience in production management;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ERP system;
  • Strong leadership skills, analytical mindset, and sense of accountability.
