A relevant degree or previous consultancy experience, full driving licence, membership of (or eligibility to join) CIEEM and a legal entitlement to work in the UK are essential for this role. Given the variety of projects we work on, the Senior Ornithologist would need to have strong field skills and ambitions to develop their technical skills in line with project requirements. It would be beneficial if the individual has other skills and experience outside of ornithology too.
