Due to significant investment in plant and technology and company growth, a print group with a diverse range of print offerings is looking for an Operations Director with outstanding communication and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a large, diverse team.

This key board level appointment is the perfect opportunity for a target driven high calibre Operations Director to take on the responsibility for the company's overall operational direction, management, and organisation. The Operations Director will be the senior figure responsible for driving efficiencies and improving productivity, in line with the business's strategic plans. You will be a leader with the ability to manage and inspire a large team of people.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate multiple departments within the organization, ensuring seamless operation and alignment with company strategy.
  • Drive efficiencies and improve productivity across all operations.
  • Plan and implement operational activities to support business growth.
  • Maintain and enhance the efficiency of operations to facilitate continuous improvement and long term success.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Operations Director or similar senior management position.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of the printing industry's leading machine manufacturers and their capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team motivation skills.
  • Ability to discover the most efficient ways to run the business.
