Team Lead

Location: Bristol
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + Bonus.

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our client s maintenance site in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for a calm, driven professional with a background in maintenance or manufacturing, who thrives in a engineering environment and is passionate about leading teams to deliver on cost efficiency, quality, and safety standards.

• Lead and manage a team of Rail technicians to achieve project targets.
• Review and manage production schedules.
• Ensure projects meet high standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Monitor and control costs, aiming to stay within or under KPIs.
• Oversee timely completion of Rail builds within set deadlines.
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety measures.
• Ensure availability of correct tools and materials.
• Conduct daily team briefings and lead meetings to align tasks and priorities.

• A key Rail leadership role within a skilled and motivated team.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or maintenance.
• Proven team leadership experience.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
