A Corporate Lawyer with c 2 PQE to join a dynamic and highly regarded corporate team based in the City

This is a role for an ambitious solicitor with experience of handling high-value M&A transactions and ideally a keen interest in public M&A work

As a member of an established global team you will be working on complex, high-profile deals alongside leading professionals in the field

To be considered for this exceptional role; you will have an outstanding academic record, a strong commercial mindset with c 2 PQE solid experience working for a leading law firm

It is envisaged candidates will have previous high level experience working with energy clients and or /investment banks, hedge funds, institutional lenders, or other major investors

This is a position for a highly motivated lawyer looking to develop a high level career working for a leading global law firm
