From September 2026, we are seeking an inspirational and ambitious Head of Geography to lead a thriving and forward thinking department. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner or emerging middle leader with the vision, and subject expertise to join a well-established department with experienced teachers across Key Stage 3, 4 and 5.
As Head of Geography, you will provide strategic leadership for the subject: analysing performance data, driving improvement priorities, and securing strong progress for all learners. The role also includes managing departmental resources, leading fieldwork opportunities, and contributing fully to the wider life of the school.
