Your Ingredients for Success To be successful in this role you will already have a fantastic range of Engineering experience ideally gained within an FMCG manufacturing environment. As this role sits within our Industrial Services department, experience operating or maintaining an Industrial Services plant (such as industrial steam raising boilers, refrigeration plant and wastewater systems) would be desirable. Additional Requirements Minimum NVQ Level 3 (Ideally HNC/ Level 4) or equivalent experience in an Electrical or Multiskilled Engineering time served apprenticeship. BOAS accreditation is an advantage; however, training and accreditation will be given to the right candidate if required. Be able to demonstrate skills working on pneumatics systems, process equipment including gearboxes drives, pumps, valves, steam systems, chemical dosing equipment and other pressure plant. Possess a logical fault finding approach to breakdowns. Be able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. Demonstrate a sense of urgency whilst never compromising safety or product quality.
