Receptionist (Full-Time - Permanent)
Bristol Water - Bristol
£13.95 per hour

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (16:30 finish on Fridays)

Role Overview

We are recruiting a professional and friendly Receptionist on a permanent, full-time basis to provide front-of-house and administrative support. This role is responsible for ensuring a positive and professional experience for visitors, callers, and colleagues.

Key Duties
  • Acting as first point of contact for visitors and telephone calls
  • Managing visitor sign-in procedures and meeting room bookings
  • Answering and directing calls and emails
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous receptionist or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Professional and approachable manner
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
  • Reliable and punctual
