Alma Personnel are pleased to announce we are working with our Birmingham based client to recruit for a Service Co-Ordinator to join their fast paced team.

The duties of a Service Co-Ordinator:-

  • Scheduling maintenance visits
  • Liaising with customers and engineers
  • Booking visits in for engineers
  • Managing and scheduling sub contractors
  • Raising orders
  • Maintaining the database
  • Ad hoc admin duties

The ideal candidate must:-

  • Have experience working in an extremely busy and fast paced environment
  • Good IT skills
  • Good customer service skills
