The duties of a Service Co-Ordinator:-
- Scheduling maintenance visits
- Liaising with customers and engineers
- Booking visits in for engineers
- Managing and scheduling sub contractors
- Raising orders
- Maintaining the database
- Ad hoc admin duties
The ideal candidate must:-
- Have experience working in an extremely busy and fast paced environment
- Good IT skills
- Good customer service skills
