Established in 1986, initially mainly for the Italian community, Villa Scalabrini welcomes individuals from all cultures, religions and nationalities to our Roman Catholic care home in Shenley in Hertfordshire.
Beautifully situated within 25 acres of attractive gardens, our accommodation is arranged in village living areas with each person enjoying their own comfortable en-suite bedroom, communal lounge, dining room, kitchenette and assisted bathroom.

What does this Team Leader job involve?
Hours of Work:35 Hours Per Week - Shifts: 07:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 21:00 / 21:00 - 07:00
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of care home shifts. You will oversee and support the care and staff, ensuring they reach their full potential through leadership, training, and guidance. Your role will be vital in motivating and inspiring staff to deliver exceptional care to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise care home shifts effectively.
- Provide leadership, training, and guidance to staff.
- Ensure the highest standards of person-centred care.
- Recognise and celebrate team and individual achievements.
